About Living Testimony International 

 

BACKGROUND

Living Testimony International (LTI) is a not-for-profit of professional Christian men and women who are dedicated to enhancing the capacity of the poor and the marginalized communities to attain livelihood security and create a more peaceful, just, equitable and sustainable community.

 

The organization is putting emphasis on empowering communities through co-ordination, facilitation, capacity building and training. Priority is being given to building the confidence of the target communities in order to generate partnerships which will energize their operation processes and enable them build relationships based on values and principles.

LTI has concentrated on building legitimacy by establishing itself with partners at the grassroots level. Already some Participatory Rural Appraisals (PRAs) and Baseline Surveys have been conducted and the organization in collaboration with the affiliated Community Based Groups is initiating some integrated projects in specific target areas.

LTI intends to partner with International Organizations, churches, Christian ministries, volunteers  and other people of goodwill for the purposes of facilitating positive social transformation.
